Batik Compass was established in Singapore with a straightforward belief: that organisations deserve consulting engagements that are clearly scoped, well-executed, and genuinely useful once the work is done.
Our name reflects the aesthetic and the philosophy we operate by. Batik — the intricate, deliberate craft of traditional Southeast Asian textile-making — requires patience, precision, and a commitment to the overall pattern rather than individual flourishes. That is the spirit we bring to each engagement.
Since our founding, we have worked with organisations across financial services, technology, and professional services — building a track record based on structured methodology, honest communication, and respect for each client's time and resources.
